This is another airport that doesn't allow PPG. He was kind enough to give me the reason. Someone out of the blue on an PPG landed at the airport, then went to take off and couldn't control the oscillations and crashed. He doesn't want the liability of family members suing he. He's aware of the GA laws protecting, but just doesn't want the hassle.
