Not really sure why these guys have a bad rating. Just had my electric trailer brakes repaired over Memorial Day weekend. They were able to locate the problem and fix the issue at a great price. In addition to my brakes, my electric lift was having an issue because of a connection with my battery. They immediately sourced the problem to my battery. They cut the bad wiring out, replaced the battery, and got me all ready to go again in less than 10 minutes. These guys are hard working.
