I have called 22 times literally and no one answered the phone. I’m trying to pay a ticket here
Several of the morons reviewing here are mistaking this court for the Probation Court. This is the PROBATE court. I had a 5 star experience with the staff here and Marsha was especially fantastic to work with. First time waited only a few minutes and on the second visit Marsha saw me and proactively came out and got me to finish probating a will. Everyone had a very pleasant attitude.
You should try getting answers from a parole officer, prosecuter or a judge. I wish the state or the federal government would come in and investigate. Something does not seem right when dealing with their system.
I called with a difficult question that required a good amount of time, attention, and follow-up from the clerk I spoke to. She took ownership of the task, helped me tremendously, and was very courteous. Exceeded my expectations.
It's not a business. This is our government........ THIS IS OUR GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!....... If you're going to hold your citizens to a standard of paying their traffic tickets then you should hold yourself to the same standard of being there to accept said payment.
I have a traffic ticket I'm trying to pay. Called the number provided two times and someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately both times. This was an indication that there is someone answering the phones. This is a work day, there is a court session scheduled for today, and their hours say they're open at this time. I proceeded to call back about 10 times and they keep hanging up on me... Not sure how they expect people to pay their tickets? If this were a business I wouldn't be very happy, but I can understand if a private ownership didn't want to answer. They have that right....
