We went here because it's only one of two providers that accept my son's insurance in the area. On the first visit, he was soaked for an -- uninsured -- "Deep Cleaning." We signed a form detailing how much it would cost and paid up front. After the procedure, we were told it would cost an additional $73. He returned to this place for a followup cleaning because of the lack of other insurance options. We asked twice if the procedure was fully covered and were promised it was. Then they pulled the same scam -- this time for $100 after the service. Stay away. Complaints filed with GA Dental Assn, the insurer, & Better Business Bureau.
Dr Reddy is rude to her staff and she acts like she hates her job. Her bedside manner is awful her personality is very dry, it appears that she'd rather be doing something else and she looks at you with disgust. As far as the billing, even after you pay for your procedure, there always always seem to be more charges owed that are owed that magically appeared. Oh and watch out for the $400 toothbrush that they try to sneak on your estimate.
The employees are kind. Dr. Reddy isn't so much. Maybe she just happens to be having a bad day every time I visit. I had some cosmetic work done a few months ago and she seemed annoyed to have had to do the work. was not given any advice as to how to care or protect the work. I would not recommend this dentist. If you happen to go ask for the other dentist that works there, can't recall his name, but he is much more friendly, accommodating, and personable.
Every employee in this dentist office is kind, caring and a delight to be around. Dr. Reddy made me feel calm and at ease. I recommend this dentist 100 percent. Thanks for taking great care of me.
Where do I begin...before being introduced to East Metro Beautiful Smiles I had not been to a dentist in over 5 years. I needed a lot of work done & did not want to be made to feel bad. The staff is always sincere. Dr. Reddy is extremely caring. The equipment used is state of the art. My experiences have always been positive from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. I feel like family when I go there. Thank you so much for bringing a smile to my face.
