I don’t know why they let people write a review because it doesn’t make a difference Kmart is to high and we all know that, and half of us would love to see it closed because it’s been to long and they should be closed down last time I been to Kmart there was Leaks every time it rains like they should fix it or close it down, I would love that the people there are some what nice and how them lines are making us feel like Walmart but at lease Walmart is bigger and have more options other then Kmart and we can’t use Surprise points on things we want and the games we try to get more points don’t work sometimes and calling corporate is not doing anything cause they don’t do anything they act like they care but they don’t they say sorry you feel that way and they go on about there day.
I hope this store close down. Manager suck they always on the phone having a conversation instead of taking care of the problems in front of them. Lines are always long. They always have an attitude when you call them and they take forever just to come from the back to assist the customer with a problem. This is no place of business. It's very hot in there need too get the air conditioner fix, leaks in the roof always have buckets in the middle of the floor. Managers have a problem when you call them more than once to fix another problem. Customers leave because they see cashiers trying to get a manager to come an assist them. Prices always scanning incorrect. Leave old signs past the date. Only one cashier be up there and have like 30 people in one line and service desk be full. Slow as ever. No respect for each other. Online order for pickup, customer don't have what they ask. Employees take consideration and substitute what they want and leave the order alone. Just a sad Kmart.

Had a layaway and came to get it put...let me just my baby Christmas...paid my balance only for them to tell me they can't find it...at this point in pissed..only to talk to a manager that don't really care..she say we will try to find on floor..they suck no apology nothing never have I seen such horrible customer service..!!Lost a good customer tonight!!!
I just left the store and their customer service is horrible. The people in there are very rude and the managers don't care much either! I am a black woman and was shopping with my family for back to school clothes which we paid off in lay a way and continued shopping. We were WATCHED AND FOLLOWED ALL throughout the store although the lay away cashier gave the managers a heads up for us! This place is beyond horrible! Find another Kmart than the one in Conyers
