I went to see Dr. Smith to get blood work done and refills on my meds. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called several time s to ask the results on my blood work and no response. Asked why my refills have NOT been called in. I was told first, "We forgot to forward to the Dr." Next, "Oh, you haven't gotten a response because we sent to the wrong Dr." Then, "I promise Ms Patti, I will get back to you be days end." And still, nothing. I am not to happy right noiw. I have run out of some meds. and I do not think this is the Doctor's fault, but the staff dropping the ball here. Today NO one is answering the phones. Not feeling good here.
