We used Sherwood's for the first time for 2 arrangements (a large standing floral spray and a large floral arrangement) for my mother's memorial service. We picked them out online, and the arrangements in person were just stunning! Very beautiful, and they received many compliments. Thank you Sherwood's for doing such a fine job on our flowers!

I called yesterday about an hour before closing needing a bouquet made. They placed me on hold for a minute to see if they had available what I needed and came right back said they do and it would be ready for me before closing. I get out at 4:30; they close at 5 and I work half hour away. They told me they'd wait for me if I ran late. Got there just in time and the bouquet was ready and beautiful. My wife loved it! Thanks so much for everything from the customer service to the arrangement. Unbeatable. We'll be doing business again.
My family has always ordered from Sherwoods, and they do beautiful work, but I was displeased two weeks ago. I called needing a prom corsage for Mothers Day weekend, which I know is a busy weekend. I was told that suppliers had upped their prices, so they would have to charge me more. I was quoted $69 for a normal prom, wrist corsage. When I asked if the price would be different using different flowers, the answer was no, it wouldnt matter. Anyone knows that the type of flowers used, changes price. I called three other florist, and I was quoted "normal" prices for corsages for that busy weekend. I ended up ordering a corsage for $29, and it was beautifully done. This wasn't the lowest price I was quoted, by the way. If you want to price gauge, dont mislead me. If you dont want to deal with prom corsages on a busy weekend, just say so. Dont give me an excuse that doesnt make sense. None of the other florist knew what I was asking about when I reference a price hike on flowers. Sherwoods does very nice work. I cant remember ordering from any other florist - ever. But, now I will. It isnt about price, as I am willing to pay for quality, but this didnt seem right, and I think I was misled.
I literally just walked in minutes ago trying to get my VERY last minute bridal bouquet and Michele hooked me up. She saw the dress and freestyled something beautiful that also had something blue so it crossed that off my list too. They all were so accommodating even though they were super busy getting orders ready for HOMECOMING this weekend and a shop full of people. Thanks for making my wedding day special and memorable.
