The treatment that I received was first rate. They responded to my needs and treated me like I was the most important person there. Highly recommended them for any medical issue.
Sister in law,she told them that she was having a stroke, sent her home, she went on to DeKalb Medical was put in ICU with a major stroke. I live 15 mins from the Hospital and would go to Newton, I feel sure Piedmont will change things at Rockdale.
Terrible terrible hospital. The staff doesn't care about your well being at all, wait time is completely ridiculous, understaffed and not well kept. Hospital staff is clumsy and gave a shot that I"m allergic to, fully knowing my allergy list. Doesn't even deserve any stars.
Great experience today. Went in at 7am with tooth that was infected. In and out in an hour! Everyone was very nice. Thank you for your help
This place is terrible! Do NOT come here if you have an emergency. I took my mom here because she had trouble breathing and was throwing up a lot. They just took her into the Triage and then sent her to the waiting room. Keep in mind she's having trouble breathing! Plus, the man in the Triage was rude and had a very bad attitude. This is an emergency room, you should see your patients ASAP.
