Extremely slow. I've never seen an office of any kind take their time as much as this one. I waited for hours just for them to tell me that I was able to do my business on a lonely computer in the corner that hadn't been used once. I could have been in and out! But there were no signs. That would have made things so much simpler. On top of that, I was alone and had my one month old infant with me.
I didn't know drop outs were allowed to have a position in a job this important!
If its not bad enough you try visiting or calling an hour or less away from closing time they dont pick up!!!
As usual the worst type of staff that can possibly exist. Rude, non helpful, and disrespectful!
Terrible service, they don't return calls (have been trying to reach office/case worker for over a week) as of yet have not received one call back!!! What is the point in asking someone to call u and u don't return calls - several messages have been left!!! I will be reaching out to higher authorities b/c evidently u don't need ur job!!!!

I give this place no stars. This is by far the worst office I have ever been into ever in my 33 years of living. They talk about you when you need help and tell you that you shouldn't rely on help for your family. The ghetto mess that they keep hiring makes me so sick how dare you think that I'm beneath you with a hundred piercing all over your face. I would love to call fox 5 news so they would be able to undercover all the horrible things that they do to people in need of help. I cannot wait to move out of Newton County this is the worst place you could ever live if your'e middle class. Unless your'e rich nothing applies to you, but being looked down upon.
