I called and no greeting with thank you for calling cvs how may i help you. The cashier answered the phone saying CVS PHARMACY and when hanging up she didn't say thank you for choosing CVS she just hung up after i said ok thank you.the service not good over the phone i wonder what it's like in person
The cashier in the front has No customer service at all she was an overnight cashier she didn't bother to speak when i walked in the store or try to even ask did i need some help when i was checking out...
Definitely look into hiring nicer staff that have customer service skills. The lady at the front didn't utter a word. No greeting coming in or nothing leaving.
