Would give 0 stars if I could! This office is no good... all of my packages are left in driveway not at front door as stated! Called to complain and all they day is I'll call the carrier... never received a call back! This office needs a new manager that knows how to run the place! Delivery carriers need to learn to leave packages at front door not in the driveway!!!
We are both disabled and have a very steep driveway and when we first moved in 10 years ago, things we much different. I used to do it all. Now, we are getting a hard time every other mo th to move the mailbox back down the hill.
Called to find a package THEY misdirected to another post office when they were the destination post office & she hung up on me THREE times. Don't worry Bia- you are SO REPORTED
