Horrible experience, employee didn't open the doors until 30 minutes after our reserved time for our uhaul truck- line of 15 or more people waiting outside and terrible service. Do not use.
We had a reservation that did not specify a specific time; however, we arrived well within their stated business hours. It took over an hour for anyone to show up, and so we waited. Then, only as we were checking in was it was explained that the special discount for the first month was not as advertised! A full month at the discounted rate is only true if you move in on the 1st day of that month; otherwise, you might actually be paying a premium!!!! Since we occupied the space on the 28th, we actually paid far more per day for those three. When I objected, I was told that I would have to talk to the manager and he was not available. I think that is three strikes ... bottom line ... do not do business with these people. I only hope that what we stored there will be safe and undamaged. It would not surprise me if the "climate control" was not real either.
