They do a great job with grooming. The groomers here really care about your pet and treat them so well. My dog's hair tangles very easily but instead of shaving him and giving him numerous bald spots (this happened at pet smart groomers in the past) the groomer takes her time to comb them out. They also listen to directions very well and always try to accommodate you and your pet to the best of their ability. I am never disappointed!
Nice place and people but didn't have the aquarium supplies I was looking for. My Boston Terrier loved the place! And loved the homemade cookies!
I have been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies. Kato since he was 3 months old and he's now 9 months old, Kylie since she was about 7 and she's now 19 months . I paid for grooming on my dog and when I pay over $60 for you to do a job, I shouldn't have to come home and do it myself. I wom t be going back because to put the topping on the cake, I was told by their staff I can't bring my dog back. My dog was given back to me soaking wet, you had him for 45 minutes, my dog usually is there for 3 hours. He's a big shepherd. You didn't brush my dog, you didn't cut the hair around his neck like I asked, his nails are done poorly and his ears are still dirty. I have been coming there, donating items and money , getting their food, vitamins and their collars and such there for 14 months. Never have I been so embarrassed in front of other customers and staff. For you to say you can't handle my dog and he's to much , well suck it up butter cup he's a puppy, he knows manners, he just don't like the dryer which I tell y'all every time, towel dry him or air dry. The response - well he just wants to play and keeps knocking into me with the towel.. do I really need to respond to that �.
Took our 140lb "Baby" there to have him groomed, bath, nails trimmed and coat trimmed up. The groomers were all very nice and you could tell they love animals . Baby is not kennel trained and gets very upset when taken out of his normal home environment. The groomers recognized this and kept him in the front office with a dog bed and someone to watch him until we could pick him up instead of forcing him into a kennel. They all went above and beyond to make him comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Very exspensive toys etc. Grooming not so great I think they just wash them on the top. They don't get the feet ears under the belly. My dog should smell good for atleast a day. They r friendly but grooming is awful
To whoever wants to go up there, check your dog cause they obviously don't care. And there is sooo much more to the story but I rather talk to the manager about that.
