I've been renting cars at enterprise for over 2 years at 2-3 times per month at my home location and abroad and never once did they cancel my reservation because I didn't confirm my arrival. After a flight in and a drive over this was the most upsetting experience. Thanks for ruining my first day.

I booked an SUV a few weeks ago from Toronto using the Enterprise app, using points that were withdrawn from my account. I Arrived at this location in Covington today and the reservation was cancelled because I wasn't able to answer their call to confirm my appointment. I had back to back meetings preparing for this vacation and checked my voice-mail regularly. NO messages were left to return a call, and no notifications were sent to me that it would be cancelled. They stated they had no cars available with multiple cars in the lot at 5:00pm. The points are withdrawn and the app says everything is confirmed and I'm booked in. Normally when I book through the app, if they have no cars it doesn't even let me complete the booking.
I have never had an issue with this branch. Everyone is helpful and if a issue arises; they handle it in a timely and professional manner. Most of the issues where customers not returning vehicles on time..delaying my pick up. Although that is beyond the staff control they always insure that I am taken care of for inconvenience. Keep up the good work and I look forward to continued business.
After looking into multiple rental companies which of course were all booked since it's the day of, I ended up booking with Avis. The cost is a bit more than enterprise but their customer service was flawless. They text me alerts to update me on my rental status. I'll be rethinking my business with enterprise after today.

Reservations made over the internet for a weekend rental with a request to be picked up. Received a call to confirm reservations. Day of reservation all went seamlessly as always with these guys.
