Would give a 5 but these are about the pushiest sales reps i have ever seen. I was asked at least 8 times if I was sure i didnt want the "pro membership". If they would just take no for an answer the third time you said it i think they would get more business.
Otherwise these folks know their stuff and are very helpful. Saved me a lot of money by letting me trade in an old console and some games i never played anymore.
A nice organized store with knowledgeable staff
Staff can't handle a crowd and can be less than helpful when there is few people at the counter. Kinda have to fend for yourself. Prices are good and lots to choose from.
Love this GameStop I know the employees and they know I come there a little too much..but it's great they let me know about the new games coming out and which ones I'll need to preorder
