Beware of this store. They're overpriced, rude, pushy and only care about making a quick dime. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We return to t-mobile the next day and kindly explain we got the phones but had to get another service and would like a refund. Now we see Eddie's true side. Very rude and short he denies us a refund. He can't show us anywhere that it says no refunds. He doesn't apologize, try to help and won't even cancel the service for us. He just stares at us until we leave basically.

We find the color phones that we want for more than t-mobile was asking, but we also had to get their service.

Worst service I've experienced. We came in to get a hands on experience with the s7 Edge and was approached immediately by TJ who had very little actual knowledge about the phone or specs. The phones on display were both in the color that I wanted. The price on the phones was too good to be true and that should have been a redflag. However, TJ assured us that he had the phones in the two colors we wanted in the back. He even checked for us! We decide it's a good deal and that we will get the phones and service. Note: from what I've read they give a lot of people Sim cards for free. TJ signs us up, runs our credit and gives us our receipt for two SIM cards totalling around 50.00. Now TJ once again goes into the back but this time he comes out and tells us they do not actually have the phones in the color that we want. A little bit disappointed we ask if he can get them for us and the answer is no. Only in the color blue which we did not want. TJ's manager then tries to push the color blue on us. After we have to deny it several times the manager Eddie tries to push a phone twice the price on us which we also reject. We leave the store with two Sim cards for phones that we didn't get.

After reporting the store to t-mobile and the BBB t-mobile decides they can refund our money. So instead of just stepping up and giving us our money back we had to call the company on several occasions and finally with no other choice call BBB to get refunded for what essentially was a bait and switch scam in my opinion.

We walk outside and call t-mobile for help and they tell us the store has to do it. That the store is expected to do it but he completely refused. The company refused to refund us or money as well and told us the store had to do it.
