Outstanding service. Prices, I don't go anywhere else. Researched several others before too!

Had to take pants to be dry cleaned after the sudden passing of my mother a few months ago, not only did they get them done for me to pick up the next morning, they were super sweet! My family has always used them, but i will never use anyone else after the compassion shown during that time!

I had ten articles of clothing that needed to be dry cleaned, and I stopped in here to drop them off. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was met by silence, followed by a rude condescending attitude from the attendant. I started pulling out my clothing, and was informed that dresses are almost ten dollars a piece. The way she said it was very snarky, but I finished sorting out the clothes, and told her there were ten pieces. She didn't even look at them, just asked me to spell my last name and handed me a ticket. I asked when they would be ready for pick up, and she said "some time at the end of the week , possibly". I wasn't in a hurry to get the items back, so I was fine with that, but a little irritated with her attitude. My husband stopped in on Friday to pick up the clothes, and immediately called me. I had made an inventory of what all I dropped off, and half of it was missing when they handed him the hangers. They told him that the five items they handed him were the only things they had under my name, but they would check again. About 10 minutes later , they located them , under a different ticket number. The rudeness I encountered on my first visit severely rubbed me the wrong way, but the fact that they "misplaced" half of my order sealed the deal. Not to mention that one of the black shirts I got back had some sort of white powder left on it in the folds. I am not sure if this is a result of the dry cleaning process, but I have never had this happen before. I will never use them again, and will drive out of my way to go someplace else.

Bit expensive, $20 for jacket, shirt, and pants. But then again so are all places. So :/

First time taking my clothes here. They did a good job, a little pricey though!
