It's so well lit, very nice modern look. Colors are neutral and easy on the eyes. Nice little computers in the lobby with a lovely waterfall. We hold most of our meeting here and the staff is nice calm and helpful. Plus just recently built.
Very nice, clean, & new location! Pretty convenient off i20. Updated tech features and I personally love the black out scroll blinds. Nice outdoor patio.
I was only paying through however, the location seemed well centralized and the hotel was very nice, modern, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
Absolute worst experience ever. I've been travelling across America for the last 5 years and never had a poor customer service from an IHG hotel like this ever. I stayed in this hotel for a week in this hotel. When i was checking out from the hotel the bill seemed to be right. After couple of days, i saw two charges on my credit card, one for the amount on my bill and the other one is around $300. I called up the hotel right away and the front desk staff mentioned that i booked another room in my credit card for couple of nights which i never knew about ( When i was checking out they provided me only one bill ????). But she mentioned that they're gonna take care of the problem and refund the money asap. This happened a month ago. STILL NO REFUNDS OR NO CALLS FROM THE MANAGER REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I called them again two days ago and the same lady said the same thing. Still NO REFUNDS OR NO CALLS FROM THE MANAGER. I'm going to talk to the IHG headquarters and file a complaint against this hotel for abusing my credit card without my consent. Won't ever recommend this hotel at all. Folks make sure you check your credit card statements after you check out from this hotel.
Spent the week with family room was clean and fresh. Beds were new and very comfortable. All staff was friendly and welcoming.houskeeping was accommodating to our crazy schedule having our 6 month old with his nap schedule. Breakfast was tasty and they changed it up every few days.
