Every one was very nice. The food was fresh and delicious and served quickly. Better than most fast food joints around the same area
rude employees, due to storm they were told to shut down at 6pm we got there at 4:30, guy at door told us we could come in and that they would be open til 6pm, we enter and the manager was complaining and being loud and rude about us coming in, she said i'm not trying to be rude but the corperate told us we could leave early due to bad weather, ok well its not 6pm yet so why are u complaining, needless to say we got an attitude back and walked out, will never give them a penny of my money ever again, please Arbys in Comvington Ga, find new and employees, u just cant find good help anywhere these days.

For the second time this month I got a chicken sandwich that was completely raw on the inside!!! Great place to go if you need a good case of food poisoning. Not to mention the drive through window is swarming with flies!!! This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!
Arbys in covington ga,was once a great friendly family place to eat at,but there service and attitudes have changed for the worse...i order the same thing every time i eat there and its never right...some of the employee's are great but mngmt needs to grow up some...i hate giving bad reviews but i will not eat at this arbys anymore.....no sense in waisting my time or money..if they get there act together i may giv e them another chance...but for now i say dont take your family there...and find another place to eat...
