We ordered 3shakes and 1 small order of cheese sticks during the half price time but needless to say that don't ask you what size because the automatically give you the largest size so it really doesn't seem like its half price. Our food took 38 min the manger expressed his regret and gave us one free small slushy for the next visit.WOW.be visiting that sonic again..terrible

Nice people. Good food. Only issue is the drive through speaker needs to be fixed. The employees have a hard time hearing orders. Not just speaking for myself. I have heard others having this issue as well.
The new manager came out and talk told me they was under new management. Everything went good until I got home. I ordered the new garlic chicken meal with a Reese shake instead of the drink. A extra tot and a small snickers shake. I was missing the extra tot. And chicken was hard. Lost receipt called the next morning and the female manager told me ain't nothing she can do about it. This will be my last time visiting this place, they dont care about their customers, and I didnt even get a apology about their mistake. God bless
HUGE mistake! I timed my wait at 15mins, got one apology and many "please hold" requests. I had to repeat my order 3x and ask her to recall it for accuracy.
Stopped here twice after work, around 2:30. Many of the drive-up kiosks were posted "out of order," so I did the drive-thru.
There's zero managerial accountability. I'll settle for Checkers down the road for my next junk fix.
This Sonic is the horrible! Ultra slow, and the worst customer service! They should truly consider closing so people don't waste their life going there.
